弊社では、日本国内に居住されている日本国籍をお持ちでない会員様との円滑なお取り引きを継続させていただくため、審査の一環として在留期間等の確認のために在留カード等のご提出をお願いしております。
近年、国際社会におけるマネー・ローンダリングおよびテロ資金供与対策の重要性の高まりを受けて、わが国でも対策が急がれています。クレジットカード業界も関係省庁等と連携してさまざまな対策を行っているため、弊社でもそれらに関する管理態勢強化の取り組みを進めており、その一環としてお願いするものです。
お手数をおかけいたしますが、趣旨をご理解いただき、在留カード等のご提出にご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。
在留カード等の提出方法
在留カード等※については、WEB・郵送のいずれかの方法にて提出が可能です。
ご希望の提出方法を選択の上、詳細は以下をご確認ください。
在留カード以外でご提出希望の場合、特別永住者証明書もしくは外交官等身分証明票をご提出いただくことも可能です。詳細は別送いたしました書面をご確認の上、同封書類と提出書類のコピーを返信用封筒にてご提出をお願いいたします。
提出期限までにご対応いただけない場合、会員規約第19条第3項に基づきご契約を終了させていただく場合がございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
- 在留カード等・・・在留カード、特別永住者証明書、外交官等身分証明票の写し
STEP. 1 二次元コードで「在留カードのご提出サイト」へアクセス
お送りした書面（在留カード等※のご提出のお願い）に記載の二次元コードをスマートフォンで読み取って「在留カードのご提出サイト」へアクセスしてください。 メールでもURLをご案内しております。
メール件名：【重要】在留カードご提出のお願い
- 二次元コードは会員様ごとに発行しております。
STEP. 2 ログイン画面で会員様専用のパスコードを入力
専用のパスコードをご入力ください。パスコードはお送りしたメール、もしくは書面に記載しております。
メール件名：［パスコード通知］【重要】在留カードご提出のお願い
- パスコードは、会員様ごとに発行しております。
ご家族で複数枚所有されている場合等は、本書面を会員様ごとに送付しておりますので、それぞれの会員様専用のパスコードをご使用ください。
STEP. 3 在留カードを撮影
スマートフォンを横向きに持ちかえ、在留カードの表面・裏面を撮影してください。
- 有効期限切れの書類は受付できません。
- 会員様の在留カードをアップロードしてください。
STEP. 4 登録内容の確認・登録完了
登録内容をご確認いただき、「登録」ボタンで登録完了となります。
太枠内をご記入・ご確認後、キリトリ線で切り取り、同封の返信用封筒に入れてご返送ください。
なお、弊社カードを複数枚お持ちの場合は、返送依頼の書面が複数届くことがございます。その際は、1通のみご返送ください。
書面に記載している書類ご提出期限までにご返送ください。

ご提出にご協力いただけない場合、会員規約第19条第3項に基づきご契約を終了させていただく場合がございます。

ご注意事項
- 表裏ともにご提出をお願いいたします。
- 有効期限切れの書類は受付ができないため、有効期限を確認の上、ご提出をお願いいたします。
- ご郵送でのご提出の場合、在留カード等の原本は同封しないでください。
- ご送付いただいた書類は返却できません。
カードの契約者が同一の方でしたら1回のみご提出をお願い致します。
※訂正印の必要はございません。
やむを得ない事情（手が不自由等）によりご本人さまが提出できない場合は、ご提出の同意を得たうえで、家族等の方が代理でご提出することも可能です。

In recent years, the importance of countering money laundering and terrorist financing in the international community has been steadily growing. In Japan, the credit card industry is working in cooperation with relevant government agencies to implement various countermeasures, and Rakuten Card is strengthening our initiatives as part of these efforts.
As part of these initiatives, we kindly request our customers who live in Japan but are not Japanese nationals to submit their residence card or other relevant documentation to facilitate a seamless transaction experience when using Rakuten Card services in the future.

How to submit
You can submit Resiedence card etc.* either online or by mail.
Please find the detail below.
If you would like to submit documentation other than a residence card, you may submit a special permanent resident certificate or diplomatic identification card. For details, please refer to the guidance sent separately by mail and submit the relevant documents via the enclosed return envelope.
If you are unable to resubmit a copy of your residence card or other related documents by the designated date, in line with Article 19 Paragraph 3 in Rakuten Card's Terms and Conditions, there is a chance we may end your contract with Rakuten Card.
*Residence card etc. : Copy of Residence card, Special permanent resident certificate, or Diplomatic identification card.

STEP. 2 Enter your passcode on login page.
Please enter the passcode that you receive via email or letter.

The passcode provided above is only valid for your upload page. If your family has additional Rakuten cards, please use the unique. passcode specified in the notice sent to each family member.
STEP. 3 Take a picture of Residence card.
Please tilt your smartphone to the side to take photographs of both the front and back of your residence card in landscape mode, then upload them via this page to submit them. Expired residence cards will not be accepted. Please submit your own residence card. Residence cards issued to other individuals will not be accepted.
STEP. 4 Confirm the registered information.
Please confirm your registration details and press the Register button to complete your registration.
After filling out the form, please cut it off and send it back in an enclosed return envelope by the designated date written on a letter that you receive.
If you have multiple cards, you may receive multiple letters.
In that case, please send back once.
Please fill in the entry date.
Please confirm your name.
Please specify your nationality.
If you have Japanese citizenship, please proceed to Section ③-A.
If you are not a Japanese citizen, please proceed to Section ③-B and select the document you wish to submit.
Please fill in the expiration date of the document you will submit for ③-B.
Expired documents will not be accepted.
Please submit a copy of the selected document via the enclosed return envelope.

As part of the initiatives, we are asking to submit Residence card etc. to continue transactions with members who do not have Japanese nationality.
We would appriciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you are unable to resubmit a copy of your residence card or other related documents by the designated date, in line with Article 19 Paragraph 3 in Rakuten Card's Terms and Conditions, there is a chance we may end your contract with Rakuten Card.

A copy of Residence card, Special permanent resident certificate, or Diplomatic identification card.
Note
Please submit the copy of front and back.
Expired document will not be accepted.
If you submit by mail, please do NOT exnclose the original document.
The document that you submitted will not be returned.
Please submit only once if the cardholder is same.
※No need to put correct seal.
But, if the cardholder is in difficult circumstances, another person can submit with the cardholder's consent.
